We've Moved! Senator Downing's district office has moved to a new downtown Pittsfield location. As of February 1, 2010 the Senator's local office will be located at 7 North Street, Suite 307, Pittsfield, MA 01201. The phone and fax numbers remain the same. Please update your records.

Senior Tax Tips: Senator Downing, who serves as the Chair of the Committee on Revenue, has prepared an informational brochure on the Senior Circuit Breaker Tax Credit. The Circuit Breaker is a property tax credit designed by the Legislature with the hope of alleviating some of the burdens that the property tax can create.
